For short-term needs, we offer hourly agreements. These are service agreements that are built around time and materials. They are a straightforward “as required” service. With this service, you will be billed monthly for services provided during the previous billing cycle.
We also can provide solutions on a project-based bid. In this methodology, we will generally be contracted to analyze requirements and then will present a bid for each project need. This is helpful when you are looking for project implementation and/or over site.
Projects will bring the needed skills and tools to meet fixed goals that are identified.
RETAINED SERVICE PLANS
We offer three service plans that can be purchased on an annual contract or a monthly basis. The plans offered are Max.10, Max.20, and Max.40. As the name suggests, you are purchasing a guaranteed block of time per month. Staff pricing is based on your unique requirements associated with your business, complexity, and transaction volume. As noted, we can offer these plans on a month-to-month basis, or we can offer services on a discounted annual contract agreement.

With our annual agreements, there are added features and cost savings for our clients. Service agreements are available for all professional service roles that are provided to our clients. Annual agreements have an added bonus of locking in service rates for the duration of the contract.
